About Me
My name is Dylan Silva and I have been teaching for 2 years. I graduated from Sonoma State University and attained my preliminary teaching credential from Teachers College of San Joaquin. I teach mathematics at Lodi High School where I also coach cross country and track & field. My interests and hobbies include: running, biking, hiking, sports, health, camping, and fishing.
Teaching Philosophy: I believe it is very important to build strong relationships with your classes as a whole as well as with your students individually. When you have a strong relationship with your students it allows for more learning to happen. When students are comfortable with me and each other then there is no limits to what we can achieve together.
